Each apartment home offers spacious floor plans, with plenty of closet and storage space. You may choose to live alone or share your apartment with roommates, while still having plenty of room for all to enjoy. We offer leasing of the entire apartment home, not by individual person, giving residents the option and flexibility of choosing their own roommate.

BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY

We keep our properties well-lit and properly landscaped to ensure you when you go out at night you can see your surroundings. We have a strict noise policy that goes into effect at 10PM every night. We want you to enjoy living here without having the distraction of noise that may keep you awake or away from studying.

Enjoy 2 spacious pools at University Gardens, and 1 Olympic size pool at University Park. Whether you want to relax in the sun or enjoy the peace and quiet to study, our pool areas are sure to be your favorite spots to enjoy your time.

FREE PARKING

We offer free parking for our residents listed on a current lease. Guests must stop by the office to pick up a temporary parking permit for free for the day. Long-term parking passes are also available for purchase at the office.

We are located just walking/biking distance to the University of Arizona. Also near is Speedway Boulevard with many restaurants and retail shopping. Our central location is near many bus stops, Cat Tran stops and near a Sun Link Streetcar which can take you a little further to convenient stops along University Ave towards 4th Ave scene or even Downtown or El Mercado!
